The Plan Fee

Should Jani-King GB be unable to generate your initial contracts on the agreed timeframe then we will pay you the profit that we would have expected you to make had we done so. This promise is made to give you security in the early days of your business but is subject to certain conditions; above all that you are taking all of the steps that we teach you to grow your own business. The Plan Fee is there to take the key risk of low turnover away from you but it is not there to allow you to sit back.

The Exit Plan

Should circumstances arise where, after a period of operating your business in good faith, we mutually decide that it is in the best interests of both parties that you sell your business then we offer an Exit Plan to facilitate that. This is subject to certain conditions.
