The Jani-King GB product is the method by which you run a successful management franchise. In effect we teach you how to run your own business. The product contains many aspects from the nuts and bolts of the System to our policies and procedures and code of ethics. To build upon this we have recently completed an intensive restructuring and investment programme designed to better enable us to grow in a fast changing market. In essence the product is quite simple. Jani-King GB grants cleaning franchisees throughout the UK (see map for territories) Jani-King GB secures cleaning contracts at both local and national levels and these contracts are then offered to the franchisee in the particular region. This is the bread and butter of the franchise. Franchisees are then shown how to generate extra work and sign accounts for themselves, thus allowing them to take control of their own destiny and improve their own profit margins.
