It is seen as a vital component for the success of a franchise and includes both group, and one to one training that ensures all franchise owners have a clear understanding of the business. This training which allows our franchisees to quickly grasp a high level of expertise which in turn, enables them to operate their business efficiently and profitably. Areas covered during the training include financial management, health & safety, sales accreditation and practical cleaning training.

The cost of this professional training is included within the initial franchise investment and extends to the franchise owner's team. And it doesn't stop there. Each franchise owner is able to access ongoing advice and technical support from Jani-King as their business grows.

Our greatest challenge is finding people with the right attitude and work ethic rather than experience of contract cleaning - so we've designed our training programme as an intensive learning experience for people with little or no cleaning backgrounds.
