It’s always interesting to find out how out of date training courses can become only a couple of years after taking a course.
Jani-King North East recently took part in a Customer Service training course – another step in the direction of truly understanding the importance of customer services and relationship management. The success and motivation of our People is vital in running the business – without them, we don’t have a business.
As part of this on-going training, all of our People will have more direct contact with our customers, since they are the ones who work on their sites on a daily basis.
We believe training will not only enhance our People’s standards of provision as ambassadors for our businesses, but also motivate them in their day to day roles.
