Every time a new account is started we always bring the standards up to what we believe our customers should be getting. So as a new contract rolls into action, our supervisors will be cleaning with the cleaners with any additional resources available so the premises’ can be bought up to our high standards.
Induction training for the site cleaning operative will also take place during this period. Having the supervisors cleaning helps our area manager to put in efficiencies, making sure the correct commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals are used to best effect.
A close eye is kept on all new contracts with regular inspections and meetings with customers to make sure we are providing the best possible service.
